So proud of our Rotary Interact and Beta Clubs for being recognized by the Ravens Honor Rows program, which salutes youth groups who provide outstanding service to our communities. Honorees are selected by a panel of youth service leaders, with the assistance of Baltimore Ravens, the Governor's Office on Service and Volunteerism and M&T Bank staff. Our students and chaperones had a great time!

Students in Mrs. Lauer's Physical Science class used Hotwheel cars to calculate speed, velocity and acceleration. They worked in groups to collect and analyze their data.

🎉 Big congratulations to Gabrielle Culver! 🎉

She has officially earned her CDA License through the Early Childhood Education program at Tech and completed all of her apprenticeship hours at The Nest. 🌟

Now she’s taking the next big step on her career pathway to becoming a Special Education Teacher—starting her internship at Cedar Chapel Special School this Friday morning! 💜✨

This session’s topic will focus on the impact of substance abuse and prevention. Your SHHS Counselors will be joined by representatives from the Health Department for an informative presentation and discussion.

✨ The purpose of this series is to create an approachable space for parents and families to:
✔️ Connect with the counseling team
✔️ Receive timely information
✔️ Ask questions
✔️ Build a strong school-home partnership

📅 Sessions will take place once each quarter (September, December, March, May), last 45–60 minutes, and feature engaging topics and guest speakers. Sessions will be held in person with light refreshments, and recordings will be available for those who can’t attend.
